Construction Management

As a general building and general engineering contractor, Burton Corp. is qualified to manage all types of construction projects from concept to completion. Our team has managed hundreds of millions of dollars of development, home building, retail, office, and industrial projects.

PRE-DEVELOPMENT:  Our pre-development services include project planning, pre-design budgeting, project pro forma creation, legal and regulatory analysis, and management of design consultants.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT:  During the design phase we manage consultants including architects, engineers, planners, and contractors while working to optimize value specific to our client’s needs. We also manage the entitlement and permitting process to prepare a project for construction.

CONSTRUCTION:  We manage all areas of the construction process including drafting a scope of work, soliciting competitive bids, contracts administration, risk and safety management, and management of all trades involved in each project.
